Project Summary: We aim to develop an efficient and reliable spectral source-finding pipeline optimised for bright, high-dynamic range, point-like sources in large (> 2TB), high spatial/spectral resolution datacubes. A core component will be the development of a sidelobe rejection algorithm that can mitigate false detections while correctly identifying weak sources even in contaminated regions.
